Job Description:

The Store Manager is responsible for managing daily store activities, staff supervision, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise store operations and ensure smooth functionality.
✅ Train, manage, and motivate store staff.
✅ Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
✅ Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue.
✅ Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.

Qualifications & Skills:

🔹 Minimum 3 years of experience in retail store management.
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Business or Retail Management preferred.
🔹 Strong leadership and customer service skills.
🔹 Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
🔹 Valid QID & NOC preferred.
