Job Description
The Real Estate Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing rental properties, interacting with clients, and ensuring smooth leasing transactions. The candidate should have a background in real estate sales and leasing with strong negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
✅ Promote and lease residential and commercial properties.
✅ Handle client inquiries and provide property details.
✅ Schedule and conduct property viewings.
✅ Negotiate lease terms and agreements.
✅ Maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
✅ Keep records of listings, client interactions, and transactions.
Qualifications & Skills
✔ Male candidates only (Indian / Sri Lankan nationality)
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate leasing.
✔ Must have a transferable visa with NOC.
✔ Possess a valid Qatar driving license.
✔ Strong negotiation and sales skills.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
