A reputable company in Qatar is looking for an Admin / Coordinator to join their team. The position is open to Indian females with experience in administrative or coordinator roles.
The Admin / Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. The candidate should possess strong communication skills in both English and Hindi and be proficient in MS Office.

Manage office tasks and coordinate day-to-day activities.

Handle emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.

Assist in preparing reports and presentations.

Maintain schedules and appointments.

Provide support to senior staff and management.
โ Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
โ 3 years of experience in an Admin / Coordinator role.
โ Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
โ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
โ Must possess a Work Visa and be able to provide NOC.
