Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Draftsman with expertise in Fit-out and Joinery works. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and capable of creating detailed drawings for joinery and interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings for Fit-out and Joinery projects.
• Develop shop drawings and as-built plans as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers and designers for project execution.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
• Revise drawings as per design changes and project modifications.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Fit-out and Joinery works.
• Skills:
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of joinery and interior detailing.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Requirement: Transferable Visa & Immediate Availability.
