Job Description:

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing customer service, managing the maintenance team, and ensuring smooth operations at the car service center.

Responsibilities:

✔ Supervise the reception of customer vehicles and ensure a seamless service experience.
✔ Oversee daily operations, including oil changes, car maintenance, and car washing.
✔ Ensure high-quality service and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
✔ Train, guide, and supervise the work of the service center staff.
✔ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
✔ Manage staff schedules, work allocation, and ensure team efficiency.
✔ Solve operational challenges and ensure a smooth workflow.
✔ Submit reports to the line manager on daily activities and performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in a car service center.
✔ Strong background in car maintenance and oil change services.
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
✔ Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively.
✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
✔ Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
