Job Description:

Manages tendering processes and contract negotiations for offshore construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and evaluate tender documents.
• Negotiate contracts and manage contractual risks.
• Work with legal teams to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in tendering/contracts management.

Skills:

• Strong contract negotiation and risk management skills.
• Excellent understanding of legal aspects in construction contracts.
