Job Description:
The Quantity Surveyor will handle cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management for construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and project budgets.
• Review and manage contracts with suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor project costs and report any deviations.
• Conduct risk analysis for project expenses.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying in the oil and gas industry.

Skills:

• Proficiency in cost management software.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
