Job Description:
The company is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer with expertise in high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing project baselines, resource loading, progress monitoring, and preparing reports and claims.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project baselines, including resource loading and productivity considerations.
- Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Conduct evaluations and prepare extension of time (EOT) claims as required.
- Monitor and analyze project risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in planning for high-rise buildings.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles.
- Certified by UPDA/MMUP.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, MS Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent report preparation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
