Job Description

The Quantity Surveyor will manage cost estimates, prepare budgets, and monitor expenses for civil and MEP projects, ensuring cost-effective project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost estimates for civil and MEP projects.
• Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost control measures are in place.
• Evaluate and manage subcontractor claims and variations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil or MEP projects.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software.

Skills

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
