Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Manager with a blend of sales expertise and basic technical knowledge. The candidate will lead sales efforts, develop strategic client relationships, and drive revenue growth by effectively communicating product offerings and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand product features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
