Job Description:

Manage administrative tasks and sales coordination to support the company's operational and sales functions effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Maintain customer records, invoices, and sales reports.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide appropriate responses or solutions.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Manage communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or sales coordination role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Valid Qatar ID and transferable visa.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and CRM software is a plus.
