Job Description:
Manage administrative tasks and sales coordination to support the company's operational and sales functions effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily administrative tasks and documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- Maintain customer records, invoices, and sales reports.
- Handle client inquiries and provide appropriate responses or solutions.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Manage communication between clients and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or sales coordination role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Valid Qatar ID and transferable visa.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of sales processes and CRM software is a plus.
