Job Description
The Showroom Attender - B2C will assist customers in a showroom setting, showcasing lighting products, providing product information, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Demonstrate and explain the features of lighting products to clients.
- Maintain the visual appearance of the showroom.
- Provide pricing and product availability information.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team for special client requests.
- Assist in inventory management and stock arrangement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a showroom or customer-facing sales role, preferably in the lighting industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
