Job Description
The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process in the aluminium fabrication factory. This includes managing staff, ensuring product quality, optimizing production schedules, and maintaining safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all aspects of the production process, from raw materials to finished products.
- Monitor production quality, ensuring it meets company standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet client demands.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize delays and costs.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of materials.

Qualifications
