Job Description
The Supervisor will oversee daily operations related to car accessories installation, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of technicians and installers.
- Oversee the installation of car accessories such as PPF (Paint Protection Film), tinting, and other products.
- Maintain high-quality standards and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure inventory availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role related to car accessories.
- Strong knowledge of PPF, tinting, and car accessory installations.
- Valid QID and NOC are mandatory.
