BIM Coordinator

Location: Doha , Qatar

Job Description:
The BIM Coordinator will support the BIM Manager in coordinating all BIM-related activities, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across architectural, structural, and MEP models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of BIM models according to project requirements.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and collaborate with design and construction teams.
• Resolve issues in model coordination, including clash detection and correction.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables related to BIM activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM coordination.
• Strong proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

Skills:

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in clash detection and BIM troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills for inter-team coordination.
